Unexpected changes, crisis *,  disasters or misfortune can result in economic uncertainty, forcing us to re-orientation in life and can bring our soul out of balance. Often this is noticed by not appearing to  “function” as we used to. We loose our social safety net.  Medical and psychiatric help often does not truly show the way back into life.  That is where our help starts.

If you have exhausted all therapeutic offers - are considered treated without really having found help, or directly prefer looking for an alternative  - take time out from family and job (under medical observation)
